Panettone Day: All the Winners of the 2025 Edition
After some time off, Panettone Day is back: an event dedicated to the art of Panettone that has been promoting the excellence of this iconic artisanal leavened cake for over 10 years.
The final of the event took place on September 15th, involving all the participating pastry chefs and a jury of renowned figures in the field, such as Domenico Napoleone (honorary member of the jury), Marco Pedron (vice president), and president Gino Fabbri.
After a careful evaluation, the jury identified and rewarded the best panettone in different categories.
Best Traditional Panettone:
- Non-glazed traditional panettone from Arianna Verucci
- Glazed traditional panettone from Francesco Paolella
- Glazed traditional panettone from Gennaro Mennella
- Non-glazed traditional panettone from Giampiero Pierucci
- Non-glazed traditional panettone from Tiziana Agnello
Best Creative Sweet Panettone:
- “Gigliola” Panettone peach and mango from Antonio Giannotti
Best Chocolate Panettone:
- Chocolate glazed panettone from Diego Malafonte
Best Waldkorn Ancient Cereal Panettone:
- “Fikissimo” Ancient Cereal Panettone from Andrea Songia
This year, on the occasion of the Giubileo, another exceptional category was introduced: the Special Prize for the Best Giubileo Leavened, awarded to Gianluca Prete.
The best panettone at the temporary store
Panettone Day offers the opportunity to taste the award-winning panettone from the 2025 edition.
The best artisanal panettone can be discovered and tasted at the Temporary Store from October 1st to 26th, in a prestigious location in the heart of Milan.
